Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced VP, Director of Treasury Ops to lead and direct treasury operations and loan portfolio investor remittance and reporting functions for the organization. This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading nonprofit within the real-estate finance domain. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a controlled environment for compliance with internal controls, discipline in operations and communication across teams.
What You'll Do:
As the VP, Director of Treasury Ops, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to:
Lead and direct treasury operations and loan portfolio investor remittance and reporting functions for the organization and its subsidiaries.
Ensure a controlled environment for compliance with internal controls, discipline in operations and communication across teams.
Manage and lead a team of professionals and foster a team environment.
Oversee and direct change management projects, coordinating inter/intra department requirements for operationalizing new business products, work streams and reporting requirements.
Manage company liquidity requirements and optimize investment opportunities.
Build and leverage strong partnerships with inter/intra departmental leaders.
What You Bring: Our client is seeking a candidate who possesses the following qualifications:
A BA/BS is required. A Masters’ Degree is preferred.
A minimum of 15 years finance experience, with at least 5 years experience in cash management and treasury and at least 5 years managing others.
The ability to manage and lead a team of professionals and foster a team environment.
Ability to effectively manage team through operations issues and problem-solving solutions using a collaborative, team building and lessons-learned approach.
Experience with project management / implementation of new business requirements into operations teams processes, systems and reporting.
Highly developed leadership and relationship management skills.
