Senior Accountant

Our client, a leading fashion garment manufacturing company experiencing tremendous growth, is seeking a highly motivated Senior Accountant to join their dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with various areas of the business and directly report to the CFO and/or CEO. The successful candidate will enjoy a competitive salary commensurate with experience, along with opportunities for professional growth within an exciting work environment.

What you'll do:

  • In-charge of QuickBooks, maintaining GL and preparing journal entries.
  • Assist in monitoring cashflow, receivables, collections, payments, invoicing, shipping documents, custom duties etc.
  • Assist in preparation of financial statements for internal management purposes.
  • Assist in special projects as assigned by the CEO including preparing reimbursement reports, reconciling bank statements, managing credit card receipts, banking matters etc.
  • Co-manage office to ensure smooth operations, monitor staffing, contractor billing, hours tracking etc.

What you bring:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in general bookkeeping/accounting.
  • Proven knowledge and experience in QuickBooks and Excel.
  • Proficient in computer literacy including MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Bilingual skills in Chinese Mandarin would be helpful.
