Our client, a top-tier private investment firm with over $4B in assets under management, is seeking a skilled Private Equity Controller.

What you'll do:
As a Private Equity Controller, your role will be pivotal in overseeing the firm's management companies. Additional details below:
• Manage accounting, reporting, expense allocations, and vendor management
• Ensure tax compliance and manage payroll
• Oversee banking relationships and general partner activities
• Work closely with the fund accounting team on various projects
• Report directly to the CFO and collaborate with co-CEOs

What you bring:
• CPA qualification (Ideally) and approximately 10+ years of experience
• Experience working with management companies of private equity managers
• Understanding of private equity and fund structures
• Proven track record of leading and managing a finance team
• Advanced knowledge of financial software systems and ERP platforms
• Excellent communication skills
