Key Responsibilities:
You’ll oversee all financial operations while working closely with production leaders, external CPA partners, and international stakeholders. The role spans accounting accuracy, compliance, inventory control, cost analysis, cash flow, vendor and receivables management, budgeting, and process improvement, with an emphasis on explaining US financial concepts clearly to global colleagues. Your precision and insight will strengthen both financial integrity and operational performance.
- Coordinate with the external CPA firm to deliver all data for tax filings, statutory reports, and year end compliance.
- Validate monthly ledger entries and ensure accurate, timely account closings for headquarters.
- Oversee Sales & Use Tax, Property Tax, and Nexus compliance while maintaining regulatory accuracy.
- Review inventory valuation, WIP, and cost variances, and lead cycle counts and annual physical audits.
- Manage cash flow, banking, AP/AR, capex tracking, and deliver monthly performance analyses and forecasts.
Key Requirements:
Your background blends deep accounting expertise with hands-on manufacturing insight, enabling you to manage full scope finance functions while partnering effectively across departments. You streamline processes through strong technical skills, communicate complex U.S. financial concepts clearly to global colleagues, and bring the precision and reliability that build trust at every level. Your ability to connect operational realities with financial impact makes you a valued contributor to overall business performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, with CPA or CMA strongly preferred for the role’s technical autonomy.
- 7–10 years of experience, including 5+ years in manufacturing, with readiness to work directly with production teams.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with industrial ERP systems to support efficient analysis and automation.
- Strong self-management, communication skills, and ability to explain U.S. financial concepts to non-U.S. colleagues.
- Proven capability in overseeing compliance areas such as Sales & Use Tax, Property Tax, and Nexus requirements.
