Deputy Head of Investor Relations

What You'll Do:
· Be the primary contact for North American equity and credit investors.
· Cultivate strong relationships with sell-side analysts to ensure comprehensive company coverage.
· Craft and distribute press releases and manage Q&A documents for consistent investor communication.
· Develop IR targeting strategies to expand our investor base.
· Oversee annual and sustainability reports to meet investor and regulatory standards.
· Maintain an internal "sell-side" shadow model to provide market insights.
· Lead ad-hoc presentations and webinars to engage the investment community.

What We're Looking For:
· 3-5 years of corporate IR experience with a deep understanding of the field.
· Preferably, a background in a sell-side role.
· Strong communication skills and financial acumen.
· A curious mindset and collaborative spirit.
· Diverse sector experience is a plus, but not essential.
