Function

The Senior / Managing Consultant will be responsible for delivering full-cycle recruitment solutions to clients within the finance and accounting sector. This role is a mix of client engagement, business development, and end-to-end recruitment delivery, focused on building strong, lasting relationships and providing expert market insight. Experience recruiting for roles in Accounting, Tax, Treasury, FP&A, and related functions is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage client relationships with finance and accounting businesses across Mexico

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle: job briefing, sourcing, screening, interview management, offer negotiation, and onboarding support

• Proactively source finance professionals using diverse channels including headhunting, referrals, job boards, and social media

• Leverage market insights to consult clients on talent strategy and provide salary benchmarking

• Manage and grow a portfolio of clients by offering tailored solutions and consistently high service levels

• Deliver high-quality shortlists within agreed timeframes

• Track and maintain accurate records in internal recruitment systems

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent candidate and client experience

• Stay current with industry and market trends in the finance recruitment space

Local requirements

• 4–5 years’ experience in a 360-recruitment or agency-based environment, preferably within finance or professional services

• Proven ability to meet or exceed recruitment and business development targets

• Experience recruiting for Accounting, Tax, Treasury, FP&A, and related finance functions

• Experience managing both candidate delivery and commercial client relationships

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Proactive and self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset

• Comfortable working in a hybrid model (3 days in-office per week)

• A client portfolio is a plus but not required
