The Recruitment Associate plays a crucial role in supporting the full recruitment lifecycle.

This position involves close collaboration with Recruiters and Direct Recruiters, ensuring compliance with processes and policies by managing key tasks.

Responsibilities include posting new job requisitions, scheduling intake meetings, organizing interviews, and handling various administrative duties.

The role also involves collecting prehire documents, initiating onboarding processes, engaging with internal stakeholders, and contributing to ad hoc reports. It provides an opportunity for skill development within a supportive team environment.

About the Role:

  • Working alongside the client’s Recruiters and Direct Recruiters
  • Support the full recruitment lifecycle
  • Own critical tasks to ensure process and policy compliance
  • New requisition job postings
  • Schedule, attend and record intake meetings
  • Organize interviews with prospective candidates and hiring managers
  • Handle all administrative tasks for internal and external hires including updating our applicant tracking system, team trackers, answering vendor, business, and professional queries, carrying out accuracy checks and internal governance requirements
  • Collect prehire docs and partner with internal stakeholders to ensure that all prehire checks are completed
  • Onboarding initiation and monitoring Engage with internal stakeholders and business leaders as needed Support with tracking activity and producing various as hoc reports as required
