Responsibilities:

• Gather business intelligence to inform and support the development and alignment of the HR service delivery to the business.
• Drive the HR strategy and plan, actively pushing the people agenda through business areas to ensure people management practices are effective and compliant.
• Use HR metrics to develop strategies that reduce risks, influence cost efficiency, and address people-related priorities, issues, and challenges.
• Deploy and contribute to the development of policies, processes, and procedures in line with the company's HR strategy to best meet the needs of the business.
• Successfully manage annual processes for respective business areas, such as salary review, annual bonus application, performance management, talent review, headcount and people cost budgeting, etc.
• Build and maintain strong and effective relationships with business leaders to raise credibility and to develop deep knowledge and understanding of key business priorities, issues, and challenges.

Requirements:

• Extensive generalist experience in Human Resources.
• HR qualification and professional body of knowledge.
• Professionally qualified with significant post-graduate HR experience.
• Exposure to complex financial services/insurance industries.
• Proven track record of understanding and interpreting customer needs with respect to relevant HR discipline and delivering relevant high-quality services to internal customer satisfaction.
• Experience of executing HR and business projects.
