An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Human Resources Manager to join a leading automotive parts manufacturer. What you'll do:

As a Human Resources Manager in Manufacturing, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organisation. You will be entrusted with the overall operation of the plant, where your leadership skills will be put to use in managing staff and fostering a collaborative environment. Your strategic mindset will be crucial in developing initiatives for productivity improvement, cost reduction, and quality control. You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with both local and global teams, further expanding your professional network.

  • Oversee the overall operation and management of the plant
  • Develop and implement strategies for productivity improvement, cost reduction, and quality control
  • Foster teamwork among staff members and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
  • Collaborate with local and global teams on various projects
  • Implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Address demands, grievances, or other issues to bridge management and employee relations
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process to meet staffing requirements
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
  • Develop HR strategies, systems, tactics, procedures across the organisation
  • Oversee a performance appraisal system that drives high performance


What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Human Resources Manager role brings proven experience from previous roles as an HR Specialist or HR Manager. You should possess broad knowledge of human resources processes and best practices. Experience within the automotive parts manufacturing sector would be advantageous but not essential. Your ability to manage staff towards excellent performance will be key, as will your people-oriented approach and results-driven mindset. A degree in Human Resources or a related field is required for this role.

  • Proven experience as an HR Specialist or HR Manager

  • Experience in the automotive parts manufacturing sector is desirable
