Senior HR Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Manager to join a leading manufacturing company. This in-office role is based in Calhoun and requires five days a week on-site.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee HR operations: recruiting, onboarding, benefits, compliance, and performance management for both exempt and non-exempt employees.
• Implement and manage the HRIS system, employee handbook, and compensation structures.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and support organizational development.
• Provide HR support and advice to leadership and staff across global locations.

Qualifications:
• 5-10 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong experience in HRIS implementation and managing the employee lifecycle for exempt and non-exempt employees.
• SHRM or HRCI certification preferred.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
