As a trusted advisor, coach, and change facilitator, you will work closely with leaders across all levels and across the organisation.

What you'll do:

As a Leadership Growth Expert, your role will be pivotal in building a leadership community for the organisation. You will enable organisational capability and foster culture to support full management cycles for business leaders. Your expertise will be crucial in identifying and analysing leadership gaps, strengthening the leadership pipeline in different functions, initiating leadership development plans, and conducting succession planning initiatives. You will provide objective assessments and identify root causes of team and organisational issues. Furthermore, you will conduct leader and organisation data analysis, providing valuable insight and solutions regarding people & organisation health index.

What you bring:

As a Leadership Growth Expert, you bring over 7 years of experience working in HR Business Partnering, Organisational Development, Talent Management, Leadership Development or Consulting. You have the ability to navigate and thrive in a fast-paced working environment with an open mind to new information and challenges. Your logical and structured problem-solving skills are complemented by your ability to keep the big picture in mind. Past experience and credentials in leadership development tools would be advantageous. Excellent spoken and written English is required for this role; Mandarin language skills would be a plus.

  • 7+ years of experience working in HR Business Partnering, Organisational Development, Talent Management, Leadership Development, Consulting
  • Ability to navigate and thrive in a fast-paced working environment
  • Open-mindedness to new information and challenges
  • Logical and structured problem-solving skills
  • Past experience and credentials in leadership development tools
  • Excellent spoken and written English (Mandarin is a plus)
