Project Manager (Maternity Cover)

Join us as a Project Manager (maternity cover) on a temporary contract through 2025. You'll support change initiatives within our recruitment outsourcing division—managing timelines, collaborating with senior stakeholders, and driving implementation across key projects.

This opportunity is for a Project Manager (maternity cover) on a temporary contract through the end of 2025. You'll lead change initiatives within our recruitment outsourcing division, working with senior stakeholders, managing timelines, and driving implementation strategies across key projects.

Responsibilities

• End to end project management from planning / scoping through to project closure / benefits realisation
• Work with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to advise on and enable successful delivery
• Management of all relevant project documentation, including identification and mitigation of any risks and issues
• Lead project governance, including status reports, milestone reviews and updating senior management
• Resource, budget and cost benefits tracking
• Management of project and / or workstream lead resources to deliver the agreed implementation strategy as per the agreed timeline

Local requirements

• Demonstrable experience in managing multiple change initiatives or large projects within a recruitment or outsourcing service environment
• Proven track record in communicating to all levels of seniority and advising on the delivery of best practice change and communications
• Consultative approach and able effectively demonstrate benefits of process improvements
• Proven ability to conceptualise and implement complex solutions through analysis of multiple data sources and operational contexts
• Experience of implementing in-house and/or 3rd party technologies
• Management of teams of resources to deliver multiple projects or outcomes in an agreed timeframe
• Competent presentation skills and ability to present complex information to senior stakeholders / clients
• Previous experience of leading RPO, MSP or recruitment outsourcing projects
• Understanding of the recruitment industry and / or outsourcing market
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office, inc. MS Project
