Referral Recruitment Partner (Associate Recruitment Partner)

This role requires someone highly organized with excellent follow-up and communication skills. The ideal candidate will have experience managing candidate pipelines, strong attention to detail, and the ability to engage both referrers and referred candidates in a high-touch, service-oriented manner. Familiarity with ATS/CRM systems and a process-driven mindset are also key. Experience in recruitment or internal mobility is a plus.

Responsibilities

Act as the central point of contact for employee referrals, delivering a high-touch, white-glove candidate and referrer experience

Respond to referral applications within 48 hours and provide clear updates and outcomes at each stage

Communicate proactively with both referred candidates and the employees who referred them

Guide employees through referral procedures and reward eligibility

Review referred candidates for potential fit across multiple roles and submit proactively

Promote the referral program through marketing materials, info sessions, and internal events

Track and report referral activity and quality through CRM/ATS and share insights with leadership

Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure process consistency and compliance

Support the onboarding and internal mobility of referred candidates

Local requirements

Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail

Excellent communication and follow-up skills, both written and verbal

Experience in recruitment or HR preferred (especially internal movement or referral pipelines)

Process-driven and able to manage multiple tasks autonomously

Able to identify transferable candidate skills and align them with appropriate roles

Comfortable presenting and guiding internal stakeholders through program requirements

Experience with recruitment systems such as Workday, Avature, Trakstar, or similar tools a plus
