What you will do:
- Lead, coach and develop a team of Recruitment Partners assigned to Technology Business Division
- Proactively manage team performance and capacity in line with SLA and KPI expectations
- Provide superior service and develop strong relationships with all key resourcing, business manager, hiring manager and senior stakeholders within dedicated business unit
- Engage and build relationships with key stakeholders across defined business groups. Work with client leaders to understand and continuously validate demand plans
- Partner with peers and colleagues across the team and effectively communicate the needs, challenges, and opportunities within your business groups.
- Drive business specific sourcing strategies and leverage all recruitment sources.
- Lead as a diversity champion for recruitment and prioritize activities in support of D&I goals and initiatives.
- Actively contribute to the discovery and implementation of strategic initiatives to support continuous improvement and operational efficiencies.
- Act as the key point of contact for escalations and challenges.
- Leverage internal and external market intelligence and MI dashboards to educate the stakeholders on market conditions and team performance, drive for proactive solutions to align priorities.
- Conduct regular service reviews with key business stakeholders ensuring communication of all continuous improvement activities are understood by the business and embedded
- Own and manage the recruitment process for Director level roles within assigned business area
- Accountable for both operational excellence and the adherence to governance policies and requirements for all recruitment activities within assigned business groups.
