What does this recruitment consultant role?

You will work within an established Go To Market recruitment team, building excellent client and candidate relationships. This is a key focus area for us in 2025 as such, we are hiring for experienced sales candidates to join.

  • Identify business opportunities by speaking to clients and candidates as well as by keeping abreast of industry developments.
  • Exceed client expectations by building robust relationships and a detailed understanding of each client's organisation and recruitment needs.
  • Manage client roles, including by writing and placing job ads, producing weekly mail shots and head hunting.
  • Source, select and match candidates with appropriate roles, ensuring only the highest quality candidates are put forward to clients.
  • Arrange interviews, ensuring candidates are fully briefed and providing regular communications and feedback.
  • Organise and attend meetings with prospective clients as well as developing existing relationships.

What are we looking for the right candidate?

The right candidate will ideally have previous experience in an outbound sales or business development role.

  • Candidates will ideally have experience in outbound sales or business development. Candidates should feel confident and comfortable on the phone to prospective clients and working towards KPIs/targets.
  • Pro-active and commercial attitude.
  • A team-based and collaborative mindset is essential for success in this role.
  • Excellent networking and interpersonal skills are required.
