Function
The Direct Recruiter is responsible for delivering high-quality recruiting support through research-driven sourcing, strategic stakeholder engagement, and consultative delivery.

The Direct Recruiter owns the candidate relationship, managing the process end-to-end: sourcing, briefing, shortlisting, CV feedback, interview preparation, and offer management.

This role requires a recruiter who can come to intake meetings prepared with market context and insights, engage hiring managers proactively, and build compelling narratives for candidate outreach.

Responsibilities
Conduct in-depth market research and competitive mapping to support sourcing strategies

Proactively engage hiring managers with insights, context, and sample profiles during intake

Build compelling outreach narratives beyond transactional messaging to attract talent

Execute tailored sourcing strategies across varied disciplines

Manage full-cycle recruiting activities with a focus on detail, organization, and stakeholder partnership

Influence hiring direction through thoughtful recommendations and insights

Operate independently while maintaining alignment with multiple stakeholders

Maintain system data for accurate report generation

Meet or exceed hiring targets and service delivery expectations

Local requirements
Strong communication skills (written & verbal)

Strategic mindset — proactive rather than reactive

Highly process-driven and detail-oriented

Comfortable owning searches across different disciplines

Confidence in presenting to and challenging stakeholders

Works collaboratively to ensure consistent delivery
