About the Role
As a Recruitment Partner, you’ll play a critical role in delivering high-volume, full-cycle recruitment services to a global specialty insurance client. You’ll own sourcing, screening, stakeholder management, and offer delivery—working in a highly structured environment with clearly defined processes, metrics, and delivery expectations.
This is a great fit for someone with RPO experience, a strong background in Property & Casualty insurance, and the ability to drive sourcing efforts while maintaining high standards of process execution and client service.
What you’ll be doing
Recruitment Delivery
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle—from intake through to offer
Source directly for technical and specialty insurance roles using platforms like Co-Pilot, SuccessFactors, and Simplyfy
Ensure compliance with service level agreements and structured workflows
Screen, assess, and submit qualified candidates within defined timelines
Own candidate communication and interview logistics, ensuring a best-in-class experience
Provide market insights, compensation trends, and competitor data to support hiring strategy
Maintain accurate documentation in ATS and recruitment systems
Stakeholder Partnership
Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers—consulting on job specs, sourcing strategies, and candidate feedback
Build and maintain strong client relationships with HR, line managers, and vendor partners
Facilitate intake meetings, status updates, and regular performance check-ins
Escalate delivery risks and provide proactive solutions
Educate stakeholders on recruitment best practices, processes, and tools
Process & Reporting
Meet or exceed agreed recruitment KPIs for quality and timeliness
Provide regular updates and reports on requisition status, candidate flow, and hiring progress
Ensure adherence to client compliance policies, approval systems, and documentation standards
Support vendor collaboration and manage third-party agency relationships when needed
What we’re looking for
Proven experience in an RPO or embedded recruitment environment
Strong knowledge of specialty insurance, specifically Property & Casualty (P&C)
Demonstrated experience with high-volume sourcing and delivery
Process-driven mindset with exceptional attention to detail
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Comfortable using tools like Co-Pilot, SuccessFactors, and Simplyfy
Able to work on-site 3 days per week in Jersey City (remote may be considered for highly qualified candidates outside the area)
