You’ll help maintain strong LP relationships, translate complex financial information into accessible updates, and contribute to a culture that values excellence, growth, and collaboration. Financial services experience is a must.

Key Responsibilities:
As an Investor Relations Associate, you’ll manage communications with Limited Partners by preparing clear, insightful reports and ensuring all fund‑related information is accurate and timely. You’ll support fundraising by helping develop marketing materials and coordinating new investor onboarding while staying current on market trends to deliver transparent updates. Success in this role comes from balancing multiple priorities with strong relationship‑building skills across internal teams and external stakeholders.

  • Serve as the main point of contact for Limited Partners, addressing inquiries on fund performance, portfolio activity, and market trends
  • Build strong LP relationships through consistent communication, well‑prepared meetings, and thoughtful service
  • Prepare clear performance reports and presentations, collaborating with finance and investment teams to ensure accurate data
  • Support fundraising by contributing to pitch materials, DDQs, RFPs, and assisting with new‑investor onboarding
  • Monitor industry trends and draft investor communications—including updates, notices, and newsletters—to keep stakeholders informed

Key Requirements:
You bring a strong analytical foundation shaped by experience in investor relations or financial services, allowing you to interpret complex data while staying responsive to stakeholder needs. Your communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to build rapport make you effective in both written updates and direct interactions. With a collaborative mindset and a willingness to share knowledge, you contribute meaningfully to a team‑oriented environment.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA is a plus
  • 1–3 years of experience in investor relations, private equity, venture capital, asset management, or similar financial services is a must
  • Strong understanding of financial statements and valuation metrics such as IRR, MOIC, and performance analysis
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and familiarity with CRM or data platforms
  • Highly organized, detail‑oriented, collaborative, and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines

What sets this company apart:

  • This organization distinguishes itself through its steadfast commitment to nurturing a supportive culture wherein collaboration is esteemed above competition.
