A global brand in the travel and tech space is seeking a Commercial Counsel to join its growing U.S.-based legal team. This role involves managing and negotiating tech-focused product and service agreements for global partnerships, providing strategic legal advice, and supporting the business with risk management and innovative solutions. The position offers the chance to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a diverse and inclusive team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts (e.g., distribution, software services, technology/licensing).
• Provide strategic business and legal advice to stakeholders.
• Manage legal issues related to existing commercial relationships and disputes.
• Develop and maintain contract templates and negotiation guidelines.
• Collaborate with global legal teams, senior counsel, and external advisors.

Qualifications:
• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school and admission to at least one State Bar (NY preferred).
• 4+ years of experience in a top-tier law firm and in-house at a global company.
• Expertise in commercial contracts, ideally in travel, hospitality, or tech-related industries.
• Ability to excel in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments and work collaboratively across time zones.
