Real Estate Associate

Our client is actively seeking a dedicated Associate in Real Estate with two to four years of experience in commercial real estate. This role presents an engaging opportunity to become part of a supportive team, contributing significantly to acquisitions and dispositions, joint ventures, purchase and sale agreements, and leasing of commercial real properties. Experience within a large law firm is desirable but not essential.

You will participate actively in acquisitions and dispositions, contribute to forming joint ventures, draft purchase and sale agreements, and manage leasing of commercial real properties. Your ability to cooperate effectively with team members will be vital in ensuring smooth transactions. Keeping abreast with the latest trends and regulations in commercial real estate will also form an integral part of your role.
• Participate in acquisitions and dispositions of commercial properties
