What you bring:
The ideal candidate for the Legal Counsel for Capital Markets position brings a wealth of experience and knowledge. You possess a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and are admitted to the bar in New York or the relevant jurisdiction. Your experience in reviewing and managing trading and commercial contracts within the broker-dealer or financial industry has equipped you with a solid understanding of regulatory frameworks. Your strong interpersonal skills enable you to work effectively across teams, while your detail-oriented approach ensures precision in all tasks.
