Qualifications:

• Identify potential retail locations that align with the company's expansion strategy,
• Analyse market trends, demographics, and competition to make informed real estate decisions,
• Negotiate and secure lease agreements for new store locations, ensuring favourable terms,
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to manage the end-to-end real estate development process,
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with property owners, landlords, and real estate brokers,
• Oversee site selection, zoning, permitting, and construction processes,
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and company real estate standards,
• Provide financial analysis, including cost projections and return on investment assessments,
• Prepare and present reports and recommendations to senior management,
• Continuously evaluate and optimize the existing store portfolio,
• Stay informed about industry trends and emerging opportunities in the real estate market.

In this role, you will play a pivotal part as the first employee in our Retail Business Development department, shaping the foundation of our systems and processes for our new business unit in the United States. Your expertise will be key in ensuring the effective operation of our retail locations and supporting the success and growth of our unit.
