With their success and growth, they are looking to bring on a Business Operations Manager who will help kick start their United States operations and report into the Head of International Operations. As the first Business Operations hire in their newly established business unit in the United States, you will be a crucial part of building and shaping their core operations. Your role will be responsible for several critical aspects of financial and operational management within the organization. The primary focus areas include budget and financial planning, expense reconciliation, streamlining business operations, issue resolutions and process improvements, building cross-functional relationships, fostering collaboration, and effective communication.

Responsibilities:

• Grow: Grow a portfolio of successful businesses: develop district-level strategies to achieve each store’s financial, operational and customer-service goals, while addressing each store’s unique strengths and challenges.
• Lead: Lead a team of leaders: Develop high performing, results driven teams through coaching, providing transparent insight and feedback, and meaningful developmental opportunities.
• Expense Reconciliation: Analyzes and reports on monthly financial forecast, budget, and actuals. Provides explanations for variances and identifies opportunities and risks. Offers recommendations for cost and margin improvements.
• Business Operations: Collaborates with teams to streamline internal processes, policies, and procedures. Establishes feedback channels and iterative review processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Supports department operating rhythms and resource planning.
• Logistics and Supply Chain Management: Oversee and optimize logistics and supply chain operations to ensure the efficient flow of products and materials.
• Collaborate with logistics and supply chain teams to improve processes and reduce costs while maintaining high-quality standards.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of Operations Management
• Action-oriented and analytical mindset
• Strong communication skills
• Strong excel/sheets skills
