Our client is a rapidly expanding organisation that delivers telecommunications services to families via the Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP), a government-funded initiative assisting millions of low-income households with zero-cost access to monthly broadband internet services and connected devices.

What you'll do:

As the Director of Operations, your role will be pivotal in driving the company's growth. You will oversee the daily onboarding of marketing agents, manage logistics, source vendors, and monitor operational KPIs. Your keen eye for detail and ability to juggle multiple priorities will enable you to see projects through from start to finish. In addition, you will assist with various ad hoc projects and tasks while also helping to define and standardise operational policies and procedures. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute significantly to a fast-growing company.

  • Manage the daily onboarding of marketing agents into our central database, ensuring accuracy of critical onboarding information.
  • Work closely with third-party warehouse & freight forwarders to ensure timely shipment & delivery of inventory.
  • Source vendors & negotiate costs for supplies and materials to support marketing efforts.
  • Monitor & report on operational KPI's, finding ways to make operations more efficient.
  • Assist with ad hoc projects & tasks, performing a broad range of business support tasks.
  • Help define and standardise operational policies and procedures to improve operational efficiencies.
  • Provide cross-departmental support as needed.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Director of Operations role brings a wealth of experience in managing operations for consumer-based brands. You possess advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and are familiar with Google Suite tools and VBA Macros. Experience with Notion would be a significant advantage. As a proactive self-starter, you can juggle multiple priorities and see projects through from start to finish. A Bachelor’s degree is required for this role, and experience leading a team would be beneficial.

  • 5+ years of experience tackling operations for CPG/consumer-based brands.
  • Intermediate to Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience with Google Suite tools and VBA Macros.
  • Experience with Notion is highly desirable.
  • Proactive self-starter who can manage multiple priorities.
  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • Experience managing others / leading a team is beneficial.
