Director, Implementation Operations

Our client is seeking a seasoned and transformational Director of Implementation Operations to join their dynamic team. This role is pivotal in driving the successful implementation of safety and telematics products and services. The ideal candidate will be an experienced leader with a knack for building high-performing teams and delivering exceptional results.

What you'll do:

  • Establish a clear charter and formal strategy for the Implementation PMO
  • Ensure the successful implementation of products, accelerating customer time to value
  • Proactively monitor project health across the Implementation portfolio
  • Manage the Implementation backlog based on projected bookings to ensure proper resource allocation
  • Serve as an escalation point and support team in building strong customer relationships
  • Optimize delivery through methodologies, playbooks, and best practices
  • Set and drive KPIs to increase project efficiency and resource utilization

What you bring:

  • Experience as a transformational leader within an Implementation function
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to navigate internal and external resources effectively
  • Strategic planning and thinking abilities
  • Operational mindset with focus on efficiency and effectiveness
  • Experience managing the health of an implementation project portfolio
