They are currently seeking a Training Manager to play a key role in establishing and refining the training programs that will shape the future of their U.S. stores.

What you'll do:

As the Training Manager, your role will be pivotal in ensuring all locations uphold operational excellence. You'll work closely with international teams, adopting best practices and maintaining brand consistency. Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing customised training materials, organising and conducting training sessions at store locations, leading the setup of training centres, and regularly updating accessible training materials for store teams. In this rapidly evolving environment, your flexibility, adaptability, and willingness to step outside of your usual scope will be key.

  • Design and implement customised training materials that align with the company's growth stages.
  • Work closely with international teams to adopt best practices and maintain brand consistency.
  • Organise and conduct training sessions at store locations to standardise operations.
  • Monitor program effectiveness and make adjustments as needed to meet company objectives.
  • Lead the setup of training centres to support training logistics and readiness.
  • Regularly update and maintain accessible training materials for store teams.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a rapidly evolving environment.

What you bring:

To be successful as a Training Manager, you should bring along a Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, workforce development or a related field. You should have at least 5 years of experience in training, preferably within the food & beverage retail industry. Your experience should include chain operations and building training systems. Your project management skills will be crucial along with proficiency in training development tools. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are also essential for this role.
