What you'll do:

As an Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in transforming the way businesses interact with everyday products. Your primary focus will be to identify new business opportunities that align with our client's mission while nurturing existing relationships. You will be responsible for leading negotiations, securing contracts that deliver mutual value for all parties involved, and developing comprehensive business development plans. Collaborating with cross-functional teams will be crucial to ensure alignment and successful execution of partnerships. Additionally, you will represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.

  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities that align with our mission and growth strategy.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with partners, clients, and industry stakeholders.
  • Lead negotiations and secure contracts that deliver mutual value for all parties.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive business development plans, including market research and competitive analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, product, operations) to ensure alignment and successful execution of partnerships.
  • Track, analyse, and report on key performance metrics to measure the success of business development initiatives.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Operations Manager position brings 7-10 years of experience in business development or sales. You have a proven track record of closing high-value deals and driving revenue growth. Your strong understanding of market dynamics combined with your passion for sustainable products makes you stand out from the crowd. Exceptional communication skills are essential in this role as you'll be negotiating deals and presenting strategies. Experience in building partnerships with corporate clients is a must. You are strategic, yet able to execute tactically in a fast-paced environment. A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required; an MBA would be a plus.

  • 7–10 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales.
