Our client is seeking a Partner Onboarding Manager to join their rapidly expanding team. This role offers the opportunity to manage new clients from the latter stages of the sales cycle through their implementation. The successful candidate will have the chance to oversee cross-functional teams composed of business and technology resources. Key Responsibilities:

As a Partner Onboarding Manager, your role will be pivotal in managing new clients from the latter stages of the sales cycle through their implementation. You will have the opportunity to oversee cross-functional teams composed of both business and technology resources. Your ability to act as a liaison between clients and technology teams will be crucial in this role. You will also be responsible for formulating and maintaining project documentation, driving continuous improvement across tools, processes, and people, and further developing program delivery KPIs. Building deep, long-lasting relationships with clients will be at the heart of your role, along with identifying opportunities for additional professional services offerings.

  • Manage various client implementations of SaaS platform simultaneously
  • Leverage SDLC / Agile hybrid delivery model in overseeing cross-functional delivery teams
  • Act as liaison between client and technology teams
  • Formulate and maintain project documentation
  • Drive continuous improvement in the delivery model across tools, processes, and people
  • Further develop and maintain program delivery KPIs
  • Build deep, long-lasting relationships with clients
  • Identify and execute on opportunities for additional professional services offerings for clients

Key Requirements:

As a Partner Onboarding Manager, you bring a wealth of experience in program management within either management consulting or a SaaS startup environment. Your proven track record in managing all facets of program management sets you apart from others. You are adept at leading multiple concurrent programs ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Your strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels facilitate clear communication and collaboration. Your experience in developing and implementing program management processes and best practices is highly valued. You have directed cross-functional teams promoting a culture of accountability and ownership. Your adaptability in program management methodologies leveraging both waterfall and agile approaches is a key strength.

  • Proven track record as a program manager within management consulting or a SaaS startup
