Our client seeks a Human Resources Specialist focused on Talent Innovation. This role offers the opportunity to develop new hiring strategies, strengthen employer branding, and explore diverse talent acquisition channels in a collaborative environment.

As an HR Specialist, you will drive talent innovation by implementing effective hiring strategies and enhancing employer identity. You will oversee the full recruitment process, from crafting job ads to onboarding new hires, while fostering a culture of collaboration and growth. Additionally, you'll help develop KPIs to assess performance.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies
• Collaborate with leadership to enhance employer identity
• Utilize social media, referrals, job fairs, and networking for talent acquisition
