Plant Manager

Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking an experienced and bilingual Plant Manager (Spanish/English) to lead operations at their facility in Dallas, Texas. This critical leadership role reports directly to the CEO and offers an exciting opportunity to drive operational excellence, optimize processes, and foster a culture of safety and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of plant operations, including production, quality control, maintenance, and logistics.
• Develop and execute strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
• Lead and mentor plant teams while promoting employee engagement and development.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols, U.S. labor laws, OSHA regulations, and environmental standards.
• Implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor KPIs and provide regular updates to the CEO on performance and growth opportunities.

Qualifications:

• 5–8 years of leadership experience in manufacturing or industrial environments; prior Plant Manager experience preferred.
• Proven track record in driving operational improvements in large-scale facilities.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and regulatory compliance.
• Exceptional leadership skills with a results-driven mindset and high ethical standards.
• Must be bilingual in Spanish and English (written and verbal).
