Head of Bioanalytic Operations

We're working exclusively with a growing GLP/Clinical bioanalytical CRO in the New England biotech corridor to find their next Head of Bioanalytical Operations. For the right candidate, this is a genuine stepping stone to Managing Director.

You'll own the full quote-to-report lifecycle: client intake, lab scheduling, throughput management, and final delivery. You'll lead a team of 50-100 scientists and analysts, with real authority over QA, LIMS/ELN systems, and staffing decisions.

Key Requirements:

• 8-15 years in regulated lab operations (GLP/GxP)
• Experience leading and scaling large multidisciplinary teams
• Working knowledge of LC-MS/MS, ELISA, or Flow Cytometry workflows
• Strong project management skills and a focus on delivery
• The ambition to grow into full site P&L ownership within 2-4 years

What's on Offer:

• $150,000-$185,000 base salary plus performance bonus
• Succession path to Managing Director

• 100% onsite, New Haven CT | less than 10% travel
