What you'll do:
As a Maintenance Technician, your role will be pivotal in maintaining the efficiency of our client's operations. Your daily responsibilities will involve carrying out diagnostic testing on automation equipment and robotic components, identifying issues through thorough inspection of equipment, and executing necessary repairs. You will also be responsible for documenting production data and maintaining an inventory of parts and tools. This role provides an excellent opportunity to apply your technical skills in a practical setting.
• Carry out diagnostic testing and troubleshoot repair of automation equipment and robotic component failures.
• Dismantle and inspect equipment and components to determine and repair the cause of failure.
• Perform parts, machine and equipment repair and installation including bearings, gears, power components, springs, belt drives, chain drives, conveyors, electric motors, machine controls, DC motors etc.
• Reach out to equipment manufacturer or vendor for technical support assistance.
• Document production, repair, and machine maintenance information.
• Modify, engineer or fabricate tools and equipment.
• Maintain parts, hardware, and tool inventory.

What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this Maintenance Technician role brings a wealth of experience in troubleshooting and repairing automation equipment. You are skilled at dismantling machinery to identify issues, as well as performing necessary repairs. Your ability to accurately document production data is matched by your proficiency in maintaining an inventory of parts and tools.
