This role is ideal for an individual who excels in managing enterprise risk programs and implementing effective AI technologies. This role provides the opportunity to steer divisional objectives for data governance and compliance while ensuring the secure use of AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Senior Risk Governance professional in Data & AI, your role will be crucial in supporting enterprise risk programs. You will play a significant role in steering divisional objectives for data governance and compliance. Your expertise will be vital in implementing the secure and effective use of AI technologies within our firm. Cooperating across teams, you will drive risk management strategies, oversee information risk, implement data governance standards, and drive data quality improvements. Your proactive relationship-building skills will be essential as you partner across teams to enhance data management practices. Your keen eye for efficiency will help improve the data ecosystem while supporting the implementation of a uniform data model.

  • Engage with partners across all divisions and risk domains to build robust relationships
  • Oversee and evaluate the division’s information risk, ensuring proper management strategies are in place
  • Implement data governance and model standards aligned with enterprise metadata capture and compliance requirements
  • Drive data quality improvements, and safeguard sensitive information with controls
  • Partner across teams to enhance data management practices
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency within the data ecosystem
  • Support implementation of a uniform data model, ensuring data is stored centrally based on common documentation guidelines
  • Identify, manage, and maintain workflows for critical model data
  • Develop and maintain management reports related to information risk and governance performance


Key Responsibilities:
As a Senior Risk Governance professional in Data & AI, you bring a wealth of experience from the financial services industry. With at least 5 years of experience in data governance, you have honed your skills in operational risk management. Your exposure to technology risk, information risk, and model risk sets you apart. Your hands-on experience with Collibra and your strong knowledge of industry-standard processes related to information risk management will be invaluable in this role. Your excellent communication and collaboration skills, coupled with your adaptability and interpersonal skills, make you a perfect fit for our team.

  • 5+ years of data governance experience within the financial services industry
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • 3+ years of experience in operational risk management including exposure to technology risk, information risk, and/or model risk
  • Experience defining business processes and information flows including metadata and data lineage
  • Hands-on experience with Collibra
  • Strong knowledge of industry-standard processes related to information risk management
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Data-driven risk analysis skills
  • Adaptability and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive relationship-building skills
