Our client is seeking a candidate with the following qualifications:
2+ years of experience in an elite strategy role like Bain, BCG, or McKinsey
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to vary their style and be aware of different ways to communicate with audiences
Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with team members at all levels to ensure projects are effective and meet brand guidelines, compliance and overall project goals
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to listen, mentor, and teach by example
