Our esteemed client is currently seeking a Director of Creative Performance to lead the performance engine of all creative assets across ads, email, e-commerce, and omnichannel. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, patience, compassion, and empathy, along with excellent communication skills to manage both up and down. This is a full-time position with a hybrid work schedule.
The Director of Creative Performance will be responsible for the following:
Creating high-performing, click-worthy content that is equally engaging as it is impactful at connecting with customers and generating conversion.
Guiding messaging and informing design based on target audiences, past media performance, and strategic goals.
Optimizing creative across all channels of marketing, using data and analytics to make creative improvements while staying true to the brand identity.
Collaborating with the Marketing and Strategy team to track learnings from campaign performance & together develop creative solutions to continuously improve sales and click-through rates.
Motivating and empathetically leading a team of creative strategists and video editors, partnering with designers and copywriters, and collaborating with key stakeholders for the ambitious goal of making creative that performs.
Maintaining and improving on existing processes, managing resourcing and project deliverables, and meeting tight deadlines.
The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications:
A minimum of 6 years of experience in Performance Marketing with direct response eCommerce experience.
A strong understanding of paid media, performance analytics, and A/B testing.
The ability to align with the brand guidelines and translate them into a cohesive, consistent, and relatable voice.
A strong conceptual thinker with a passion for developing brand narratives, engaging content, and storytelling with a results-oriented approach.
A minimum of 3 years in leadership, leading creative teams to motivate and inspire.
An analytical and creatively minded individual who can bridge the gap between marketing and creative teams to produce high-performing creative.
