What You'll Do:

• Developing and implementing long-term strategic plans and budgets to support Board of Advisors initiatives.
• Building and instituting a recruitment and retention plan for Board of Advisors members, including measuring and tracking results.
• Planning and executing annual Board of Advisors meetings, as well as other events throughout the year.
• Outlining and implementing an annual communications strategy for Board of Advisors members.
• Collaborating with other teams to determine where Board of Advisors members can effectively support growth opportunities.
• Composing and optimizing content on social platforms to promote business and Board of Advisors activities and events.
