VP Sales & Marketing

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a seasoned Vice President of Sales and Marketing to join a leading enterprise-class productivity and project management Software-as-a-Service company. This role offers the chance to work within an organisation that is globally recognised by medium and large enterprises across various sectors, including technology, manufacturing, healthcare, and entertainment.

What you'll do:

  • Manage and train the sales and marketing teams while maintaining operations
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers
  • Oversee customer contract negotiations ensuring timely closing of deals
  • Responsible for pipeline management, quota setting, and financial forecasting
  • Create alignment between sales, alliances, and marketing teams to support business growth ambitions
  • Monitor the market, Salesforce ecosystem, competitor products, and activities providing strategic recommendations to management
  • Align sales strategy with overall company objectives while driving value-based sales methodology development in collaboration with C-suite
  • Implement pricing & packaging, customer segmentation, cross-sell strategies
  • Further professionalise the sales & marketing departments through structured processes to drive scalability

What you bring:

  • Proven work experience (5-10 years) as a VP of Sales or similar role in an Enterprise SaaS company
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with experience in USD 10 to 100m expansion
  • In-depth knowledge of sales and marketing strategies and tactics
  • Proven experience with pipeline management from top-of-funnel towards closing deals
  • Experience leading and mentoring a team of ambitious professionals
  • Strong working knowledge of competitive products and the market
  • Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal skills
