Our client is a fast-growing health and wellness brand, making waves in the industry with their innovative products. They are seeking a Growth Strategy Lead to join their dynamic team in Los Angeles. This role offers an exciting opportunity to craft and execute customer acquisition strategies, optimise marketing campaigns, and contribute to the company's ambitious growth goals.

What you'll do:

  • Crafting strategy, development, testing frameworks, execution, and analysis of various customer acquisition strategies
  • Optimising existing channels and marketing campaigns
  • Building out a full funnel approach to achieve growth goals
  • Staying on top of industry trends and making data-informed decisions
  • Working cross-functionally within the organisation to expand marketing efforts
  • Creating and defining new strategies for acquiring customers on paid media channels
  • Testing campaign structure, creative, and data-driven campaign strategies to continuously improve performance
  • Communicating accurate and timely daily results to leadership

What you bring:

  • At least one year working in strategy consulting, growth marketing or other highly analytical role
  • Demonstrated ability to work with various stakeholders and craft persuasive presentations
  • Strong Excel, analytical skills, and proficiency with Google Analytics required
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Strong leadership & communication skills: listen, mentor, teach by example
  • Ability to manage multiple moving pieces
  • Adaptable to new social platforms and advertising technologies
