Our client is a rapidly expanding hair wellness company that combines sustainably harvested, plant-based actives with the latest advances in molecular science to produce clean formulas that effectively promote hair & scalp health. They are currently seeking a Senior Director of Growth Marketing to lead their strategy, execution, and optimisation across acquisition and retention.

What you'll do:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive performance marketing and CRM strategy to achieve key KPIs for customer acquisition and retention
  • Understand and optimise the key drivers of CAC and retention metrics through analytics and data-driven insights
  • Oversee paid performance marketing strategy to ensure healthy media mix across the customer funnel
  • Increase customer LTV by identifying key moments in customer journey to decrease churn and drive repeat purchase
  • Ensure holistic lifecycle strategy focused on key cohorts to grow active customer base
  • Own retention and subscription metrics, defining key strategies for retaining customers
  • Champion cross-functional loyalty program to grow subscriber base
  • Consolidate insights and communicate impact of performance media on e-commerce business to executive team
  • Manage the performance marketing budget effectively
  • Collaborate closely with site, creative, product, marketing, and data analytics teams to execute campaigns effectively

What you bring:

  • 12+ years of experience working in paid media buying, customer acquisition/direct response marketing and CRM (email, SMS, loyalty)
  • Proven track record of developing successful marketing strategies that drive profitable customer across acquisition and retention
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to derive insights from data
  • Deep knowledge of key players in performance media landscape
  • Experience managing budgets and optimizing marketing spend to achieve business goals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build strong relationships
  • Experience managing and leading teams in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
