An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and results-driven Director of Strategic Accounts. This pivotal role will be responsible for driving revenue growth, ensuring customer satisfaction, and aligning our solutions with the strategic goals of our key clients. Reporting directly to the COO, you will have the chance to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage relationships with key stakeholders.
What you'll do:
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive revenue growth, enhance customer retention, and achieve business objectives.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at strategic accounts, acting as the primary point of contact.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our wireless solutions to maximize account potential.
- Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure alignment and effective delivery of services to clients.
- Lead and facilitate cross-functional initiatives, ensuring all teams are aligned and working towards common goals for account success.
- Oversee and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely execution and delivery of solutions that meet client needs.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to provide strategic insights and recommendations to clients.
- Monitor account performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management, highlighting successes, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
- Lead contract negotiations and manage the renewal process to ensure favourable terms and conditions for both parties.
- Advocate for the needs and interests of clients within the organisation, ensuring their voices are heard in product development and service delivery.
What you bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in account management, sales, or business development, with a focus on strategic accounts in the wireless or technology sector.
- Proven track record of building and managing relationships with key clients and driving revenue growth.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Demonstrated cross-functional leadership skills and the ability to manage projects across multiple departments.
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams and projects, with a strong understanding of project management methodologies.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
