What You'll Do: As a Regional Sales Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve regional revenue and growth targets. The candidate will analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for business expansion. The Regional Sales Manager will build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders. They will lead by example and actively participate in sales activities, including prospecting, presentations, negotiations, and deal closures. The Regional Sales Manager will identify new market segments, distribution channels, and business opportunities for growth. They will prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and analyses for senior management.
What You Bring: To be considered for this role, the candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; an MBA or advanced degree is a plus. The candidate should have a proven track record of successful sales leadership, with at least 5 years of experience in F&B or FMCG industries. The Regional Sales Manager should have a strong understanding of sales methodologies, market dynamics, and customer relationship management. They should have excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. The candidate should have the ability to analyze data, interpret insights, and make informed decisions. The Regional Sales Manager should be proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
