This remote role necessitates candidates to be located in either Austin or Dallas to cater to their expanding customer base. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in propelling US expansion efforts, identifying and securing new sales opportunities, developing technical solutions, and delivering exceptional customer support.

Responsibilities:


As a Sales Engineer, your role will be pivotal in driving our client's expansion efforts in the US. You will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, developing customized technical solutions, and providing exceptional customer support. Your ability to collaborate with teams both in the US and Germany, manage projects effectively, and represent the company at trade shows will be crucial to your success.


* Proactively seek new sales opportunities and expand the customer base through strategic acquisition activities.
* Design and develop intricate technical adhesive and processing solutions across multiple high-tech industries.
* Collaborate closely with executives and the Engineering team in both the US and Germany to ensure seamless integration and support.
* Provide start up project development and ongoing consultation to customers, ensuring their needs are met.
* Establish and maintain a local sales network to enhance market penetration.
* Represent the company at various trade shows to showcase innovative solutions and engage with potential customers.


Requirements:


The ideal candidate for this Sales Engineer position brings demonstrated experience in sales engineering or a related technical sales role. A robust technical background in adhesives and processing solutions, preferably within high-tech industries, is essential. Outstanding project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a willingness to travel as needed are also key attributes for success in this role.
