Responsibilities:


As the Senior Sales Manager, your role will be central to our client's expansion into the United States. You will be tasked with formulating a comprehensive market entry strategy, conducting extensive market research, and cultivating relationships with key industry stakeholders. Your commitment to achieving sales targets and stimulating revenue growth will be vital to their success. You will also lead sales initiatives by identifying new business opportunities and maintaining robust relationships with existing customers. As the team expands, you will have the opportunity to recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team.


* Formulate and execute a comprehensive market entry strategy for the US.
* Undertake market research to identify potential customers, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
* Cultivate and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders.
* Achieve sales targets and stimulate revenue growth in the US market.
* Lead sales initiatives by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
* Establish and sustain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

Requirements:


The ideal candidate for this Senior Sales Manager position will bring a wealth of experience in the battery industry or a related field. With at least 8-10 years of sales experience under your belt, you'll have a proven track record of leading successful sales efforts and achieving targets. Your technical background will support custom solution selling while your excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills will help build strong relationships with key stakeholders. An entrepreneurial mindset coupled with an ability to work independently and make strategic decisions will set you apart.


* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
* Minimum of 8-10 years of sales experience in the battery industry or a related field.
* Technical background supporting custom solution selling.
* Proven track record of successfully leading sales efforts and achieving targets.
* Comprehensive understanding of the US battery market.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and make strategic decisions.
* Entrepreneurial mindset
