Customer Success Manager

Our client is a global leader in providing seamless and efficient immigration solutions for individuals and businesses. They are on a mission to simplify the complexities of international mobility, ensuring a smooth transition across borders. They are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Success Manager to oversee and manage their merchant clients remotely. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a focus on DTC and B2B ecommerce.

What you'll do:

  • Understanding import into non-US territories
  • Working in DTC e-comm space, around ops and ideally in omni channel (amazon, shopify, retail mix)
  • Selling to e-comm merchants in a B2B space
  • Covering product compliance, projections, multi channel management on a monthly basis with large merchants
  • Communicating effectively with the customer (who is the e-comm merchant)
  • Being flexible and understanding e-comm from an ops background

What you bring:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager
  • Ecommerce experience
  • Import/export knowledge
  • Experience working in a DTC environment
  • Omnichannel experience (amazon,shopify,retail)
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Strong communication skills
