What you'll do:

As an International Sales Representative specialising in Electric Vehicle Charging, your role will be crucial in propelling the growth of our client's business. You'll be at the forefront of identifying potential clients, developing a robust sales pipeline, and delivering persuasive presentations that convert prospects into loyal clients. Your keen understanding of the market will guide your research into competitors' offerings, helping you shape strategies that outperform them. Your commitment to excellent customer service will shine through as you resolve complaints swiftly and professionally.   • Identify potential clients through networking initiatives, cold-calling, and email communications.
  • Develop a sales pipeline on EV chargers and IT solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential and existing clients.
  • Prepare regular sales reports as well as sales territory plans.
  • Research competitors’ products, pricing, and product success to determine customer preferences.
  • Formulate inventive sales strategies to achieve sales objectives.
  • Submit clients' purchase orders promptly to the relevant department for processing.
  • Resolve client complaints in a timely and professional manner to maintain client loyalty.
  • Expand industry knowledge by attending educational workshops and reading professional publications.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this International Sales Representative role brings a wealth of experience in sales along with an understanding of business relationships. Your proven track record of achieving sales quotas speaks volumes about your negotiation and consultative sales skills. Your proficiency in Microsoft Office applications complements your organisational abilities while your effective communication skills enable you to build strong relationships with clients. A Certified Sales Professional (CSP) certification, though not mandatory, would be a significant advantage. Above all, your commitment to providing exceptional customer service sets you apart.

  • Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, communications, or related field is preferred.
  • 3~7 years of experience in sales in relevant field
  • Understanding of business relationships and how to develop healthy client relations.
  • Certified Sales Professional (CSP) certification is advantageous.

  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
