Our client is seeking a highly skilled Key or Channel Account Manager to join their team in San Francisco. This role is pivotal in achieving company sales and profitability objectives by leading both indirect and direct sales channels. The successful candidate will be responsible for winning, maintaining, and expanding relationships with sales channels to deliver performance goals while representing a range of products and services.

What you'll do:

As the Key or Channel Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth. Your primary responsibility will be to meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume by utilising both indirect and direct channel sales. You will establish professional relationships with distributors and the sales team, leading a planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, KPIs, financial targets, and critical milestones. Your ability to identify strengths and weaknesses within the sales channels will enable you to implement effective strategies or solutions. Regular communication with the sales channel will ensure their continued engagement and motivation. Your role will also involve performing competitive analysis, providing market insight, reporting on channel performance, mastering new products and services, and proactively recruiting new business leads.

The ideal candidate for this Key or Channel Account Manager position brings a wealth of experience in channel/distribution sales & management. With at least 5 years' experience under your belt, you have honed your interpersonal skills, relationship building abilities, and presentation skills. Your positive attitude shines through in all that you do. You are comfortable travelling within the US as required by the role. As a self-starter, you thrive in a fast-paced environment and your attention to detail is second to none. Your proactive mindset will be key in driving the success of our sales channels.
