We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Global Business Development leader to drive international growth. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, cultivating strong client relationships, and developing strategies to expand the Group's market share.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement international business development strategies to drive global growth.
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, marketing, supply chain) to ensure effective service delivery.
  • Lead negotiations and close high-value partnerships, deals, and contracts.
  • Monitor performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences to enhance market presence.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Food Science or related fields. MBA or equivalent is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in business development, preferably in the food ingredients or sustainable packaging industries.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proven track record of successful sales and client management.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
