Our client is on the hunt for a North America Sales Development Representative to join their dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage with prospects, convey the value of innovative solutions, and drive them forward in the sales process. As the first point of contact, you will play a pivotal role in creating a great first impression through lead generation, market research, and active outbound sales activities.

What you'll do:

As a North America Sales Development Representative, your primary responsibility will be to develop outbound leads that create sales opportunities. You will follow up on these leads via phone and email while tracking your productivity daily. Your keen eye for identifying high-potential prospects will be crucial as you transition them to the sales team when appropriate. Your proactive approach to prospecting using the sales pipeline will be invaluable. You will also execute outbound calls and emails for marketing campaigns while educating partners and end customers on technical solutions. Your ability to achieve or exceed individual activity metrics will be key to your success in this role.

  • Develop outbound leads to identify and create sales opportunities
  • Follow up on leads via phone and email, tracking productivity daily and reporting to HQ
  • Identify high-potential prospects and transition when appropriate to the sales team
  • Proactively prospect using sales pipeline
