Key Responsibilities:
As a Business Development Representative, you will play an integral role in facilitating expert engagements that empower clients to make smarter decisions. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve managing the entire process of connecting clients with industry leaders—sourcing suitable experts, coordinating communications across time zones, handling logistics under tight deadlines, and ensuring each project runs smoothly from start to finish.   • Communicate directly with industry experts and stakeholders across various time zones to facilitate meaningful connections that drive strategic outcomes for clients.
  • Coordinate logistics efficiently while balancing multiple fast-moving client workstreams under tight deadlines.
  • Quickly understand complex business problems presented by clients and match them with relevant industry expertise through thoughtful research and communication.

  • Assist financial institutions such as hedge funds in understanding emerging industry trends by recruiting specialists with niche expertise under pressing timelines.
  • Operate as the key connector between client needs and insight delivery, ensuring all parties are informed and aligned throughout each project lifecycle.
  • Adapt to shifting priorities in a dynamic environment where no two days are alike, demonstrating flexibility and resilience in the face of change.
