Responsibilities:

• Provide expert technical guidance and insights to the research team, inspiring them to explore novel ideas and advancements in Gen AI technologies tailored for the audio entertainment industry.
• Develop a comprehensive research strategy with a strong focus on LLMs, Generative Audio, deep Gen AI localization, Image Nets, Stability, Mid Journey, TTS, and Audio Generation Adversarial Networks, aligned with the company's vision.
• Drive research efforts in Generative Audio, exploring new ways to synthesize realistic and expressive audio content, including music, voice, and sound effects.
• Initiate and manage research projects related to LLMs, Generative Audio, image processing, stability, mid-journey learning, TTS, and audio generation adversarial networks. Create detailed project plans and timelines, ensuring successful execution.
• Establish strategic collaborations with academic institutions, research organizations, and industry experts to leverage external expertise and stay at the forefront of Gen AI research.
• Plan and manage the research budget effectively, allocating resources strategically to optimize research outcomes in the core focus areas.

Requirements:

• A Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field with a focus on LLMs, Generative Audio, image processing, stability, mid-journey learning, TTS, and audio generation adversarial networks.
• Proven leadership experience in Gen AI research, particularly in the audio-related focus areas.
• Expertise in developing and deploying LLMs, Generative Audio, Image Nets, and Audio Generation Adversarial Networks.
• A strong publication record in top Gen AI conferences and journals, with a focus on the specified domains.
• Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing research teams.
